Handmade Variations
Because our items are handmade, there will be natural variations and minor artistic differences between the product photos and the item you receive. These unique characteristics are a hallmark of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Returns and Defective Items
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging, provided the buyer covers all shipping costs. If you receive a defective product, we will provide a free replacement and cover all associated shipping fees. Please note that custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Liability & Shipping
We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products. While we are not responsible for theft after a package is marked as delivered, we will work with you to resolve issues if your item is lost or damaged in transit. In the event of shipping or supply chain issues, we will communicate with you directly to make things right.
