Dan has spent nine years developing a sashiko practice rooted in the concepts of repair, reuse, and creative preservation. He restores old and damaged garments using a mix of traditional sashiko patterns and his own contemporary approaches, turning wear and tear into intentional design.
Daniel teaches in‑person workshops and creates handmade crafting supplies for other makers. His shop features restored clothing and original stitched pieces that reflect his commitment to slow craft and functional, durable art.
Dan lives and works in Kansas City, USA. He will soon be available to book for workshops and speaking engagements
